Orders should be sent out to you within 3/5 working days. However, this depends on the amount you are ordering, as each item is made individually. I will always keep you updated if there are delays.

You will love the product 😊 however if you do need to return for a refund, or exchange then the item must be in an unused and in its original package unopened.

Delivery charges cannot be refunded.

If it is a personalised item, then unfortunately you may not return unless the item is faulty, as I normally send you photo's of the designs as I go along, and you will have the opportunity to say you are happy or not before I but the design on to the product.

Most items are made within 2–3 days. If I already have one in stock, it may be ready sooner. If you need something urgently, please get in touch and I will do my best to help.
