You will love the product 😊 however if you do need to return for a refund, or exchange then the item must be in an unused and in its original package unopened.
Delivery charges cannot be refunded.
If it is a personalised item, then unfortunately you may not return unless the item is faulty, as I normally send you photo's of the designs as I go along, and you will have the opportunity to say you are happy or not before I but the design on to the product.
